I experienced this baffling reality when my eldest daughter was born. As soon as her personality began to emerge —and believe me, it happened early!— I realized that our "wiring" was radically different. We didn't have the same vision of life. Very quickly, I felt helpless: how could I have given birth to a child so different from my own way of functioning?

Once the initial disappointment of unmet expectations passed, I had to move forward. Those who know me know that resignation is never an option, whether in my professional or personal life.

My priority wasn't to push her to be "the best" so she could get into an elite university before she’d even started preschool. My obsession was deeper: how could I help her flourish without imposing my own vision of the world? There are 1001 ways to grow up. Yet, the temptation is great to mold this malleable being into our own image. I fumbled, I read, I tried... but despite her progress, I was still haunted by a dull frustration during crises. I felt like I was missing the mark.

The solution appeared by chance in 2023, during an episode of the Métamorphose podcast by Anne Ghesquière. She was interviewing Lydie Castells about Strategic Numerology®.

Blown away by the interview, I bought Lydie’s books. It was an immediate fascination. Reading about myself through those pages, I rediscovered who I was. And when I read the book dedicated to children, it was a shock: I was finally being given the keys I hadn't received when I gave birth to my eldest daughter. 📜

The choice was obvious: I had to train in this field. All the way through to the professional certification, the tool never ceased to amaze me with its incredible precision.

My rational side is still trying to figure out how a few calculations can reveal a personality with such accuracy. My intuitive side, however, has chosen to let go. Today, I cherish that "WOW effect" I see on my clients' faces at the end of a session.

As a teacher, my dream would be to introduce Strategic Numerology® into the national education system. Understanding a child who is struggling, adjusting our approach so they feel they belong... the entire educational community would benefit.

While waiting for this dream to manifest on a large scale, I’ve chosen to act at the source: helping parents decode their children to unlock their full potential.
